The QPY type disc granulator is mainly used for compound fertilizer granulation. It drives the disc to rotate through a transmission device. The disc is installed on a frame with a certain inclination angle, and a movable rotating scraper is installed on top of the disc. The scraper maintains a certain distance from the bottom of the disc and quickly granulates the material inside the disc while clearing the bottom of the disc. Adjusting the height of the disc edge can easily adjust the ball size and capacity.
