Boiling furnace is a process of mechanically feeding coal with a diameter of 0-10mm onto the air distribution plate in the furnace. High pressure air causes the coal particles and furnace materials in the air distribution plate furnace to boil. Due to the fact that coal particles only account for about 1% of the furnace charge, the boiling combustion process has a large contact area with air and a high relative velocity, resulting in a long time for the raw coal to be discharged from the furnace. High temperature fluidized bed furnace is a process of dispersing crushed fine coal particles into a high-temperature fluidized bed furnace for aerial combustion, with a combustion rate of 98% and a thermal efficiency of over 95%, reducing environmental pollution and improving thermal energy utilization efficiency.
Performance characteristics
1. Flexible operation, good adjustment performance, fast heating of the furnace, can be restarted after shutdown, and can operate at full load in 20-30 minutes.
2. The furnace body is uniformly heated, with a long service life and simple fuel preparation.
3. It has strong adaptability to fuel and can burn various inferior coal and slag (with a calorific value of 6270KJ/Kg).
4. Uniform temperature and stable heating can increase the output of the dryer by 50-70%, saving more than 50% of coal compared to other furnaces. The carbon content of the slag is less than 1%, making it a good admixture for cement.
