  Working principle of titanium dioxide calcination rotary kiln: The filtered titanium dioxide hydrolysate is input into the tail end of the slowly rotating titanium dioxide rotary kiln body with a certain slope. The combustion mixing chamber in the direction of the kiln head blows clean flames and hot air into the kiln to dehydrate and calcine the filter cake. After dehydration and calcination at a high temperature of over 1000 ℃, the hydrolyzed titanium dioxide filter cake is continuously dehydrated and calcined by rolling along the circumferential direction and moving along the axial direction (from the high end to the low end) with the help of a tilted titanium dioxide rotary kiln body. Finally, the material enters the cooling machine through the dual hydraulic flap discharge valve at the lower part of the kiln hood, and after cooling and screening, it is the finished titanium dioxide product.
