Jiangsu Pengfei Group independently developed a rotary kiln calcination system, which was granted two invention patents in 2003. In 2006. Pengfei Cement Rotary Kiln was rated as a "Famous Brand in China's Building Materials Machinery Industry" and a "Famous Brand in Jiangsu Province". In 2007. it was awarded the title of "China Famous Brand" product. Based on this, Jiangsu Pengfei Group, together with Southeast University and Yancheng Institute of Technology, jointly developed technical equipment for cement kiln disposal of industrial waste and urban garbage. The research and comprehensive utilization of large-scale rotary kiln intelligent control system and low-temperature waste heat power generation of rotary kiln were undertaken by Southeast University; The research and development project on high-efficiency and low resistance separation of cyclone preheater and incineration of household waste using a pre decomposition furnace is undertaken by Yancheng Institute of Technology. This project is applied to energy-saving calcination in the high energy consuming cement industry, and utilizes biomass energy from waste incineration as an auxiliary heat source, while also collecting and consuming household waste, achieving a circular economy. Mainly used in large-scale dry process cement production with a daily output of 5000 tons of clinker, it can also be applied to energy-saving and consumption reducing renovations of small and medium-sized cement calcination systems.
Technological innovation points
① The patented technology of dual outlet cyclone separator is first applied to the cyclone preheater to reduce resistance loss;
② Innovatively transferring the experimental research on incineration of household waste in rotary kilns with current technology to incineration of household waste in pre decomposition furnaces outside the kiln, which can be applied to large-scale specifications, adjustable waste volume, stable calcination quality in rotary kilns, and pollution elimination, utilizing waste heat sources to achieve circular economy;
③ Pioneering the use of heat-resistant steel bars in series with high insulation performance kiln lining, forming an integral insulation layer, improving kiln stiffness, reducing deformation, and avoiding brick dropping in the red kiln;
④ We have developed patented technology for circular heat exchangers around the kiln firing zone, which recovers and utilizes the radiant heat from the kiln body, reduces heat loss in the firing zone, and saves energy consumption of cooling fans around the firing zone;
⑤ Innovatively propose the comprehensive optimization and integration of the five components of large-scale rotary kiln calcination, including cyclone preheater, pre decomposition furnace, coal powder burner, rotary kiln, and cooling machine, using a computer intelligent control system.
