SDB chain bucket conveyor is suitable for conveying sharp, highly abrasive or high-temperature (≤ 250 ℃) block granular materials. In the process of cement production, the rotary kiln clinker is generally sent to the clinker warehouse for storage after cooling, in order to eliminate the unevenness of production and the influence of clinker temperature, composition, and changes. Cement clinker has strong abrasion resistance, and although the clinker temperature is cooled, it may still be high. Therefore, chain bucket conveyors are used for clinker storage (including the fabric between multiple clinker storage roofs). The conveying inclination angle of the chain bucket conveyor is generally ≤ 60 °, and the more economical inclination angle is 45 °.
