Pengfei rotary kiln tube mill settled on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau

　　At 10:08 on November 27. the second phase 2000t/d new dry process cement production line of Xizang Changdu Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. was officially ignited, marking the formal operation of the cement plant. The company's management team and over 100 representatives from various participating units witnessed this significant historical moment together.

　　The Changdu Gaozheng Phase II project is located in Duoran Village, Karuo Town, with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. It is accompanied by the construction of a 6-megawatt pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system. The limestone ore comes from the limestone mine of the Phase I project. The project is organized and designed by Hunan Building Materials Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. It adopts mature and reliable new dry cement production technology and pure low-temperature waste heat power generation technology in China. The production processes of limestone homogenization, clinker calcination, cement grinding, etc. are all automated online control, achieving the goals of high efficiency, low consumption, and environmental protection.

　　The host equipment selected includes a new dry process cement rotary kiln with a diameter of 4.3x64m manufactured by Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co., Ltd., two cement mills with a diameter of 3.8 × 13 meters, and a coal mill with a diameter of 3.5 × 9 meters. Pengfei Group has successively provided cement equipment mainframe supply to China National Materials International Nanjing Institute, Chengdu Institute, China National Building Materials International Engineering Company, Hefei Institute, Taiwan Cement, Tianshan Cement, China Resources Cement, Western Cement and other enterprises. Among them, there are over 100 rotary kilns with a maximum diameter of 6.3m and over 1000 tube mills with a maximum diameter of 10.5m. The after-sales service is thoughtful, the product usage is good, and the customer satisfaction is high, receiving unanimous praise from domestic and foreign peers in the same industry.

　　The Changdu Phase II project has attracted much attention from the society. The completion and operation of this production line is very difficult. The design unit, the construction unit and the owner unit are united in good faith. They have overcome the harsh environment such as the COVID-19. the plateau cold, and many other adverse factors, such as equipment design, plateau transportation, installation and construction, to ensure the smooth installation and operation of the project on schedule. It is estimated that the annual output of clinker is 600000 tons, the annual output of cement is 720000 tons, and the annual power generation is 36 million kilowatt hours, providing an important guarantee for infrastructure construction in Xizang.
